From 1994 to 2007, William Price practiced privately, representing both individuals and companies in a wide range of legal matters, including personal injury, civil rights, discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, whistleblower, unfair competition, and breach of contract cases. During this time, he achieved many favorable outcomes for his clients, securing multiple six and seven-figure settlements. As a defense attorney, he maintained an undefeated record. Additionally, Mr. Price founded, managed, and served on the boards of various ventures, providing strategic legal and business guidance across multiple industries.

Between 2007 and 2019, Mr. Price served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of California, where he was the lead trial attorney for the Employment and Tort Sections of the San Diego Office. In this capacity, he represented top state agencies and officials in high-stakes government tort liability, law enforcement defense, and complex employment litigation. Mr. Price’s success was unparalleled, winning every trial and appeal he argued during his tenure. In recognition of his outstanding client representation, he received the prestigious 2018 Attorney General’s Award after securing two significant trial victories in law enforcement civil rights cases.

Since 2019, Mr. Price has returned to private practice, focusing on civil litigation, employment law compliance and litigation, and business law. He continues to represent clients in both the public and private sectors throughout California, including law enforcement agencies in high-profile cases.
