After graduating from the University of California, Berkeley with a major in physics, Virginia earned a JD from Chapman Law School with a Business and Tax Emphasis, solidifying the foundation in business law. Following law school, Virginia gained extensive experience working with multinational corporations as a consultant at PwC, honing their skills in international law and transfer pricing.
